In legal practice, a missed filing deadline is not a minor inconvenience — it can mean a motion struck, a limitation period missed, or a transaction that doesn't complete on schedule. The legal system operates on fixed deadlines, and the registry and courthouse systems enforce them without sympathy. For a law firm managing multiple files with overlapping deadlines, the logistics of physical document delivery are a real and recurring operational risk.

We are a courier, and we are careful about where that job ends. We carry your sealed package to the address you nominate — another firm, your client, a courthouse. We do not present documents at a registry counter, we do not file, and we do not serve. Those are legal acts and they stay with you or an agent you appoint. We also will not promise a run against a closing time we cannot control: call 778-955-0604 and a dispatcher will tell you plainly whether the timing is realistic before you book, rather than after.

Conveyancing is another area where courier reliability has direct financial consequences. A completion-day package that arrives late can delay a closing. We are based in Langley and our strength is the Fraser Valley — Langley, Surrey, Cloverdale, Abbotsford, Delta and New Westminster — where we know the routes and the office buildings. We deliver into Vancouver and the North Shore too; those runs are longer, so the estimator prices them accordingly and you see the number before you commit.

Signature runs — where the driver delivers, waits while a client signs, and returns the executed documents — need patience as much as speed. Thirty minutes of waiting is included in the price; past that we add $20 per additional half hour, so a slow client never becomes an argument about the invoice. Every delivery, legal or not, comes back with a timestamped photo, the name of who received it, and a full status history you can keep on file for chain-of-custody.
